James qualified as a draftsman before spending much of his career with Maplin Electronics, progressing through shop fitting, sales, assistant management, store management and area management. After Maplin closed he successfully ran Dalgety Bay Handyman before joining Gordon to form JRGM. James brings extensive team-management experience, practical problem-solving and a strong attention to detail, while sharing the same hands-on day-to-day roles across the business.
